Your first session at Resilient Physiotherapy is a comprehensive 60-minute assessment, priced at £75. This includes:

  • In-depth injury assessment. We’ll take the time to understand your injury, movement patterns, and personal goals.

  • Immediate, evidence-based care to start your recovery right away.

  • If needed, you’ll leave with a tailored rehab plan to support your progress at home or on the pitch.
