How do we assess performance?

At Resilient Physio, objective data is at the heart of everything we do, setting us apart from the rest. We use speed gates to assess sprint speed as a precise, reliable measure of performance, enabling us to track progress with real accuracy. This data-driven approach means we can set clear benchmarks, tailor every training programme, and ensure each session delivers genuine improvement.

Alongside speed gates, we also use the Vald Dynamo system to assess and test progress, giving our young athletes detailed feedback on their development and keeping motivation high throughout their journey
